I’m Jessica, a Travel Designer at Crafty Getaways. Since joining the team in January, I’ve been loving every moment. My journey in the travel industry began at Johnson & Wales University, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management. During my time there, I gained invaluable real-life experiences from my professors and peers, who broadened my horizons on the diverse opportunities within the industry.

After graduation, I had the unique opportunity to participate in the Disney College Program as a cast member. This experience taught me Disney’s exceptional approach to hospitality and customer service, focusing on making every guest feel valued and cared for. The skills I learned at Disney have been instrumental in my role as a Travel Designer, allowing me to craft perfect trips that make clients feel heard and taken care of.

What excites me most about the travel industry is its rapid evolution. There are always new sights to see and innovations to enhance the travel experience. One of my favorite advancements is mobile keys, which make it so much easier for guests to access their rooms directly from their phones.
